Polyolefin is the most common kind, has maximum continuous-use temperatures from -55 to 135 °C, and are used by the military, aerospace and railway industries. Due to these properties and its ease of manufacturing and shaping, silicone rubber can be found in a wide variety of products


PVDF is used generally in applications requiring the highest purity, strength, and resistance to solvents, acids and heat ect.

PTFE (fluoropolymer) has a wide operating temperature range (-55 to 175 °C), a low coefficient of friction, and high resistance to chemicals and punctures.
